A wide range of on-site services are available to cover planned
maintenance schedules and emergency breakdowns.
Maintenance and Service Contracts
All our products have Maintenance Schedules which need to be followed. Schedules are printed in Operating and
Maintenance Manuals which accompany all supplied products. A list of spare parts and consumable items to maintain
the product in good working order is also provided.
A Scheduled Maintenance and Service Contract can be offered (from your local office/distributor or representative)
to ensure safe and reliable operation of your analyzer.
Repairs
All our offices and distributors have dedicated service-engineering personnel. They can provide on-site servicing and
repairs (where appropriate). In some circumstances it will be necessary to return the analyzer to our offices for
repair. All work carried out under warranty will meet the terms agreed. All work carried out outside the warranty
period will be fully costed and quoted to the customer before any work is undertaken. Where an analyzer is beyond
repair (either due to the damage or for economic reasons) the customer will be informed of the options available.
Calibration
All gas analyzers require periodic calibration to ensure optimum performance and most importantly maintain measurement
accuracy. Most analyzers have a recommended re-calibration period of no longer than 12 months. Analyzers with
continuous automatic calibration require a range of traceable gases available at all times.
Recommended Re-calibration Intervals
In order to maintain measurement performance, it is important to regularly calibrate our monitors and analyzers.
Recommended calibration intervals are published in all our user manuals.
Please contact your nearest office or distributor for details of calibration services available.
