A range of high speed, wide angle infrared linescanner heads provide affordable, highly accurate process imaging and temperature measurement in a range of applications from 20 to 1400°C/68 to 2552°F.
Landscan process imaging systems are modular and offer the user great flexibility to meet specific on-line process, production, development and quality control requirements in a variety of industries.

LANDSCAN LSP SERIES INFRARED LINESCANNER HEADS

The LANDSCAN LSP series heads are extremely compact and have a minimized depth and base 'footprint' for installation in restricted spaces, designed to reduce heat absorption. A built-in laser targeting system aids alignment on to the target.

LSP2 SERIES LINESCANNER HEADS
There are two models in the LSP2 Series of infrared linescanner heads.The temperature range of the LSP20 is 200 to 850°C/392 to 1562°F and the LSP21 is 300 to 1000°C/572 to 1832°F.
Both models have a fast response speed of <1µs. |

LSP5 SERIES LINESCANNER HEADS
LSP5 Series infrared linescanners have a temperature range from 150 to 1100°C/302 to 2012°F, designed for forming, annealing and tempering in the glass industry.
There are three models in the LSP 5 Series with temperature ranges to suit the particular application.
The LSP5FL linescanner has a temperature range from 150 to 750°C/302 to 1382°F and is specifically designed for use in the hostile environment of the float glass line, available with dedicated ruggedized protection mountings and assemblies.
The LSP50 has a temperature range from 150 to 750°C/302 to 1382°F and the LSP52 has a temperature range from 500 to 1100°C/932 to 2012°F, both are designed for use in the automotive and container glass industries.

LSP71 LINESCANNER HEAD
The LSP71 head has been specifically designed for process imaging and control in the hydrocarbon plastics industry providing accurate temperature measurement from 50 to 350°C/122 to 662°F.
LSP71 provides real-time monitoring and temperature profiles of plastic sheet in the heating process.
The head is compact and has a robust sapphire window. A built in laser targeting system aids alignment on to the target. These systems are available with dedicated rugged protection mountings and accessories.
APPLICATIONS
LSP71 has a narrow spectral response specially selected for measurement of a wide range of thin plastic sheet, such as: PVC, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, PET, cellulose acetate and polystyrene.
